Family Vacation.
I’m waiting on pictures from my dad of our week at the beach house. For now, I’ve stolen this one from Rat’s facebook…
This is on the boardwalk at Point Pleasant. I felt so at home, it was just like the county fair, but with a beach and ocean on one side!

METS.
Last night, Jess & Alex got last minute tickets (through a family friend) for the Mets v. Phillies game last at Citi Field. We had awesome seats and access to the Caesar Clubs and others. It was hot, but so fun to go! We were so glad Jess & Alex thought of us to take with them.
Marathon Relay.
I convinced some of my girl friends to run the New Jersey Marathon Relay with me the first weekend in May. I was really surprised when they all agreed. It was tons of fun, but so hot that day. 89 degrees with a heat index of around 105. Not good weather for running.
Sarah started us off with 9.4 miles, Ali was second with 3.5, I ran the third leg of 9.6 and Tina finished for us with 3.7!...

Jazz Fest.
After spending a few days with my parents, we met my best friend and her husband on the City of New Orleans, the train that runs from Chicago to New Orleans. We took them to Jazz Fest for their wedding gift!
New Orleans is fantastic and I can’t wait to go back. The culture, food, live music, and people are all top notch. We tried so many different things while there - alligator sausage,...
2010
It has been an extremely busy 2010 so far and I can’t believe Memorial Day weekend is less than a week away. Anyway, in April, my cousin got married, so we traveled home for the big event. Here are a few pictures…please remember, I come from small town USA and yes, he is wearing a camouflage vest as part of his tuxedo! :)
The happy couple, they’ve been together for 12 years!

Heart Fun!
Last night, I attended the Red Dress Collection at NYC Fashion Week with my great friend Christie. It was so awesome of her to invite me at the last minute and I was so excited to be able to experience this for the first time! Such an amazing production!
My pictures aren’t the best, but here is the best my iPhone, Newton, could do.

Dear Mr. Warner,
I’d like to know what happened. You have extremely let the Ladybugs down. We could have been in the playoffs. You’ve carried us all season and now we really had a good team put together and you give that performance last night?
I’m sure you’re getting a lot of criticism, but that performance was piss poor. I also understand that it’s not only your fault, your team...
New Addition.
My best friend from home, Janie, had her second baby today! A boy! Camden George McBrayer joined the world at 7:42 am on December 4th. He was 7 lbs 14 oz and was 20.5 inches long. I can’t wait to see pictures!
Now she has 2 babies and they are both born on the fourth day of the month. Mollie is a Fourth of July baby and is 3.5 years old. Such a doll, just like her mom.
Congratulations to...

Babies Galore.
I know so many people who are getting ready to have babies. My best friend from home, Janie, is due on December 21st and she’s having a boy. Our friend, Steph, is due December 3rd and could pop anytime now. She’s getting a surprise on the sex of the baby. Yesterday, I went to a baby shower for our friend, Kim, and she’s due in February and having a boy also. But, like 5 people...

Happy Fall.
So, it’s been a while. I’ve been extremely busy with work and such, therefore yellow roses has been neglected. I apologize.
Over the weekend, we didn’t do a ton. It was a good weekend. Friday evening we grabbed a sushi dinner with friends, Saturday we watched college football and that night we attended the October Ball for the Catholic Big Sisters Big Brothers. Sunday we went...

Quick Recap.
We spent our weekend at in Atlantic City staying free at the Borgata. We had a nice room to ourselves, with a view of the water. We arrived late on Friday evening because we stopped in Long Branch for dinner at Avenue. It was located right on the beach and a good choice for tasty food.
Once we arrived in AC, Joe & Ryan hit the Black Jack tables, Keri headed to the slot machines and I watched...
