Boo. I have to wear my sneakers for the next two days! It’s such a bummer and looks goofy with my business attire for work. Why, you might ask? Well, I got two injections in my feet last night! Boo! It hurt! I had a cortizone shot in my left heel and an antibiotic injected into the planter facia on my right foot. Right in the middle!! (That’s the tendon that runs through the bottom of your foot). Then they taped 2 big pads to my heels and arches on each foot and now none of my shoes fit! Good news - the Doctor said for my foot type, high heels are my best bet for shoes. Phew! Love that man! I think I’ll be going shopping soon…red bottoms anyone?
